FBA Workshop: Impact of Marijuana Legislation on Family Businesses
This event was such a hit, we decided to bring it to Ionia and open it up to everyone!
Proposal 2 was passed. Are you ready for the impact on your family business?
Join FBA as we discuss how this legislation changes things for employers and organizations.
Now that the law has passed learn answers to these questions and more:
- Can you deny work comp benefits if a work injury is a result of marijuana use?
- If we quit drug testing will our OSHA recordable rate go up?
- If we quit drug testing will our workforce change?
- What should our response be to the new law? Practical vs. Legal
- Do supervisors need additional reasonable suspicion training.
- What can we learn from States like Colorado
