Leslie Brown, Chair-Emeritus
Leslie has served as Chairman, now Chair-Emeritus, of Metal Flow Corporation since the untimely death of her husband, Marc, in 2003. She has served as Chair and member of the Board of Directors of Holland Hospital, TalentFirst, Holland/Zeeland Community Foundation, and Harbor House Ministries.
Chelsea Brown, Incoming Board Chairperson
Chelsea grew up in Holland and graduated from the University of Notre Dame in 2007. She has had the privilege of working in her family's business, Metal Flow Corporation, for 18 years. The company was founded in 1978 by her Dad and Grandfather and specializes today in the manufacturing of technically sophisticated deep drawn metal components for the automotive industry. Having had the benefit of holding several roles in the organization over the years, she currently serves as the Incoming Board Chairperson.
Kelly Springer, President and CEO
Kelly Springer serves as President and CEO of Metal Flow Corporation. Kelly leverages her experience in leadership, operations, and innovation to lead the metal forming company?s 200-person team to meet its mission by staying true to the core values of the company?s founders.

Alison Blair Mast is a Senior Managing Director and the President of West Michigan for Northern Trust Wealth Management. Alison is responsible for leading Northern Trust's Grand Rapids-based team in the delivery of holistic advice and outstanding client service, while seeking to accelerate the growth of the firm?s wealth management business in the Western Michigan Region.
