\nLeslie has served as Chairman\, now Chair-Emeritus\, of Metal Flow Corporation since the untimely death of her husband\, Marc\, in 2003. She has served as Chair and member of the Board of Directors of Holland Hospital\, TalentFirst\, Holland/Zeeland Community Foundation\, and Harbor House Ministries.

\nChelsea grew up in Holland and graduated from the University of Notre Dame in 2007. She has had the privilege of working in her family'\;s business\, Metal Flow Corporation\, for 18 years. The company was founded in 1978 by her Dad and Grandfather and specializes today in the manufacturing of technically sophisticated deep drawn metal components for the automotive industry. Having had the benefit of holding several roles in the organization over the years\, she currently serves as the Incoming Board Chairperson.
