Workshop: Who Will Take Over?
Succession Planning: How to Thrive at the Intersection of Family and Business
How do we help the family business owners in the next generation stay together? Who will take over? The way family businesses address, plan for, and communicate about these questions can make or break whether the family and the business successfully navigate the leadership transition they will inevitably face. Join Ben Persofsky, Director of the Brown Brothers Harriman (BBH) Center for Family Business, and Kathryn George, BBH Partner, for a conversation on the common pitfalls of succession exercises, what often creates conflict in family business governance and how to address those potential challenges to enable your family and your business to thrive for generations.
