FBA is teaming up with the Family Owned Business Institute and Grand Valley State University to bring together some of the Wonder Women of the family business community in West Michigan.
In this panel session we have invited three exceptional women to share their experiences as leaders of their family businesses. Our main goal is to address the process whereby women take part in the life of the family firm, overcoming obstacles to build their careers and get to the top. We will be discussing topics such as growing up in the family business, differences between women and men leadership styles, career dynamics and expectations of gender roles in business, work-family balance, and the future of their family businesses.
