Register Here for the Zoom Webinar
Please join us on February 15, 2024, for a review of the 2023/2024 Wage & Salary Report with FBA and TEA. This event is designed to help you understand the data and how to use it when making compensation decisions.
The program will consist of three parts:
- Reading and understanding survey data: There are many data points to consider when making compensation decisions and certain types of information should be present in quality surveys. We will provide an overview of how to interpret and use wage & salary survey information.
- Review of this year’s data: What do the survey results tell us about wages in West Michigan? What trends have we seen over the last few years? How do the trends identified help to provide projections into the coming year? Is there a difference between how FAMILY BUSINESSES pay and how NON-FAMILY BUSINESSES compensate employees?
- How to apply the information: Salary information is important but applying it appropriately for your organization is crucial. We will explore a variety of approaches that can be used to establish or maintain your compensation structure.
