Sips, Stories, and Secrets: Women in Family Business
A Conversation for Women Finding their Voice in the Family Business
As a daughter, sister, wife, or mother, we each impact and engage in the family business. Taking on roles as either co-partners, leaders, visionaries, peacekeepers, nurturers, and/or advocates, women are challenged to find their voice in the current role or build their voice for the role they desire.
Join us as we share three distinct experiences and explore how your relationship to money, confidence, and community are the secrets that define your experience. Heighten your awareness to create greater impact and define your engagement as a woman in the family business.
This event is designed for all women connected to a family business. Leaders, Next Gen (both in and outside the business) as well as supporting spouses are invited and encouraged to attend. The event will feature personal stories, panel questions, and facilitated table conversations with peers. We aim to build community and spark authentic conversations between women in the family business.
