Signature Event: Beyond the Branches
Nurturing a Legacy for Future Generations
Every family business is like a deeply rooted tree, with each generation adding strength and growth to its branches. Wildman Business Group began in 1952 when Rex Wildman planted the seed with a small dry-cleaning business in an Amish community, later growing into Wildman Uniform and Linen. In 1998, the second-generation leader, Brent Wildman, took a bold step by acquiring a competitor, doubling the company’s size and setting the stage for further growth through an ambitious M&A strategy. Now, under third-generation leader, Josh Wildman, the company has achieved 175% growth, driven by shared family values and a 200-year vision. With guidance from Bill High of 7 Generation Legacy, the Wildman family has strengthened its roots through a focus on relational health, next-generation training, and governance, ensuring this legacy tree will flourish for generations to come.
