Signature Event: Balancing Bonds
The Role of Shareholder Agreements
Just as atoms bind to create powerful compounds, shareholder agreements bind families to a shared mission and protect their business legacy. This session reveals the essential “elements” that create a balanced and resilient family business agreement. Learn the formulas available to resolve disputes before they arise and preserve harmony, even in times of change. By crafting these bonds thoughtfully, your family will be equipped to face the future with confidence, knowing you’ve built a foundation that cannot be easily shaken. In this signature event, we will explore these concepts through a fictional lens, covering essential topics such as drafting shareholder agreements, planning for transitions, resolving disputes, and determining the value of your business.
