Successful families are built, not born. To create family harmony, each generation needs to commit to teaching and building core values, goals, and effective communication skills. Unlike financial well-being, which is easily quantifiable, family well-being can be a soft, elusive notion. It’s also highly complex, as families are intricate social systems with each family member offering a different perspective on overall “health.”
Join us for an interactive case study workshop hosted by PNC Private Bank. We will explore the seven factors needed to create family harmony at home and at work utilizing the Family Success Factors Assessment Tool developed by PNC Private Bank.
