Participate in the 2021 Culture Survey. The brief culture survey (14 questions), established by Become Unmistakable, an FBA Underwriter, will determine how employees feel as we exit the pandemic. It will measure the level of connection in our organizations and estimate the risk of talent flight. Data is gathered across generations to compare to an earlier survey completed during the shelter-in-place phase. Rob Dwortz of Become Unmistakable will share a summary of the results at the event.
The first 10 FBA organizations that participate will receive the full report once published and will have an opportunity to receive responses specifically for their organizations for comparison purposes.
