Participants will explore why involving younger family members early is crucial for long-term success and learn how to prepare them for leadership roles while managing family dynamics effectively.

Todd Harvey
As a senior vice president and a market leader for the PNC Private BankSM, Todd oversees a team of professionals striving to achieve the highest level of client satisfaction. With over 23 years of experience serving families, Todd bring a wealth of expertise in private banking, investment management, and wealth planning. He has held prominent leadership roles at Merrill Lynch and Fifth Third Private Bank, further solidifying his capabilities in this field.
Todd holds the Certified Financial PlannerTM designation. Todd earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Western Michigan University and holds the Certified Financial Planner designation.

Gretchen Krueger
As a senior vice president and a senior fellow of the Institute for Family Success, Gretchen empowers clients to navigate the benefits, responsibilities, and challenges of significant wealth, providing a suite of specialized services designed for high-net-worth individuals and families. Gretchen is part of a dedicated team of professionals who have the unique knowledge and experience to understand the importance of strategic advice related to wealth's financial, social, and human dimensions. She takes a holistic approach to help clients not only sustain wealth across multiple generations but ensure that it remains a positive force for years to come.
Prior to joining PNC, Gretchen served as a member of Wells Fargo's Family Wealth and Culture Service team. In that role, she focused on the discovery, sharing, and preservation of clients' family and business histories. She guided families in using storytelling as a unique tool for defining and amplifying their values.
Gretchen is a Certified Advisor through 21/64, an organization devotes to training facilitators for next generation engagement.
