Patrick Sablich, Vice President, National Director, Family Wealth Services
Patrick Sablich is the national director for Fifth Third Private Bank’s Family Wealth Services. With over 20 years of financial services industry experience, he creates and implements holistic offerings for ultra-highnet-worth individuals, families, and family offices. Patrick works closely with relationship teams to provide comprehensive family legacy planning, governance, and strategic philanthropy consulting to promote generational wealth stewardship. Patrick understands complex family needs and has helped hundreds of family leaders navigate their unique challenges and opportunities. He utilizes the skills developed as a 21/64 Certified Advisor to help families gain clarity on shared purpose and values. He facilitates engagements that enhance multi-generational family communication, cultivate trusting relationships, and improve collective decision-making. Patrick helps establish optimal family governance in support of shared ownership and raising generous and resilient children and grandchildren. Prior to joining Fifth Third, Patrick served as a program officer for a national foundation and led multiple not for-profit organizations. Most recently, he helped grow a team dedicated to providing family wealth culture services at a large financial services firm.
