John Lowery, Chief Executive Officer & Founder, Applied Innovation 
 
Over 35 years ago, John Lowery began his career in the office technology industry by founding Applied Innovation with only 8 employees. Today, Applied has 500+ employees and multiple locations. John’s favorite part about being a CEO? Seeing the employees grow and become the best versions of themselves. And the biggest challenge? Learning how to navigate a growing company.
 
One of John’s best kept secrets to owning and running a family business comes from his mindset, “We want to always be a growing company. We don’t want to be an aging company. So, we can’t tell you exactly what the future will be, but we know one thing for sure: we always have to keep reinventing ourselves.”



Casey Lowery, President, Applied Innovation 

In 2023, Casey stepped into the role of president, marking a significant milestone in his career. His journey with the company started in 2006 with a role on the sales team. With just 65 employees at the time, Casey feels fortunate to have grown alongside the organization over the past 17 years. His goal is to preserve the company’s independent ownership and ensure its relevance for the next 35 years.
