As family businesses grow, it’s important to organize family and family owner voices to help communicate vision, values, and expectations for business performance in a singular voice. This two-part workshop is an opportunity to start the conversation about family governance and to begin the process of developing a system that will help the family and the business succeed for generations to come. The program is designed for families of all sizes and stages, from those just beginning to explore family governance to those with years of experience.
