DESCRIPTION:For our social event this quarter\, we are looking to get engaged in the community with our membership to help make a difference for the children of Grand Rapids with Kids Food Basket.\n\nKids Food Basket "nourishes children living at or near the poverty level with critical evening meals to level the playing field for their academic achievement." This mission supports the children who do not have reliable access to food at home and make sure that they are not having their last meal of the day in the school lunch line. This mission helps provide critically needed meals to nearly 9\,000 children in the community. \n\nPlease join us to do our part as the family business community to help put together these "sack suppers" or decorate the bags that children will be receiving them in to brighten a child's day. All family and team members from member companies are welcomed and encouraged to join us!
