Warner attorneys who will be on hand to provide help understanding the legal aspects of creating or serving on a board include Matthew Johnson\, Daniel Persinger\, Corinne Sprague and Bruce Young. \n\n \n\nAttendees will have the opportunity to attend a break-out session specifically geared towards their level of board development to best optimize time and outcomes\, and the mixer event afterwards provides time to continue the discussion with the speakers\, attorneys and other business leaders.
