His expertise in M&A has helped FIDELITONE to grow the business by successful acquisitions with companies in last-mile delivery\, inbound logistics\, and order fulfillment.\n\n\n\nPrior to joining FIDELITONE\, Hudson held positions in Property Financing and Sales at Catalyst Securities in Manchester\, England and in Audit & Attestation Services at Deloitte & Touche in Boston.\n\n\n\nHudson has a B.S. in Finance from Miami of Ohio\, a Masters in Accounting from Northeastern University and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
